I want to explain growth deals and about where the market is at right now and I want to explain how I believe you can maximize your opportunity over the next two to three years.
Think of any wealthy person that you know or have ever heard of and I bet you will find that they either made their wealth in real estate or hold their wealth in real estate or both. Think about that. That has got to say volumes about property. It has got to say volumes about this whole process.

May I say that like some if not most others new to all this, we are positive,elated and enthusiastic,but at the same time,we are still somewhat unsure where and,to a degree,how to begin,as well as fearful of making a poor decision on our own,as well as the multiplicity of variables,both negative and positive that seem to confront us all in the future. No dought your ongoing enormous knowledge, practical experience, professional training and guidance will not only benefit us enormously, but make sure that we arrive at a safe financial destination and/or lifestyle.

One thing I’m wondering about is whether banks would lend on a great ocean view block we have for sale in this current environment? (http://www.realestateportdouglas.com.au/1089)
The biggie up here in FNQ seems to be the ‘rule of 2′… so far what I’ve seen the market seems waaaay overpriced, so I may have to look a bit deeper!

Hello, Dymphna love your information in your reports. We have a couple of properties that are doing very little in equity and are negatively geared. We thought this was the opportunity in assisting in our super (which is minimal)Being both in our late 50,s ( Late super contributors) we see no retirement in the near future unless we can turn our investments into posivitley geared properties. We would love to be coached/directed financially towards the highway of success if thats possible.

My wife and absolutely love the reports and videos. So much enlightening information. My wife and I have been to a couple of different property investing seminars but found little information was given. You pack alot of useful information in your video lessons. Would love deails on your coaching programme as we are commied to use property to live the way we wish. Already have purchased three properties but all are negatively geared and would like coaching on finding cash cows and ve geared properties as well as ppr Melbourne (with mortgage)to be able to drawn down the debit on those three. Currently using equity and offset accounts to pay for interest on loans as well as the rent.
